1. HyperForm — Spray-Applied Structural Liner

HyperForm is a high-performance, spray-applied liner designed to enhance structural strength and prevent further deterioration. Benefits include:

2. Geocrete RS — High-Strength Geopolymer Liner

Geocrete RS is a rapid-setting geopolymer mortar engineered for the structural rebuilding of deteriorated manholes. It provides:

• High early strength for quick return to service

• Exceptional resistance to sulfuric acid and sewer gases

• Excellent adhesion to brick, concrete, and steel surfaces

• Minimal shrinkage and long-term durability

Ideal for vertical and overhead applications, Geocrete RS creates a strong, monolithic barrier that restores structural integrity and resists future corrosion.

3.  I&I Guard Grout — Precision Leak Sealing

​

Water infiltration through cracks, joints, and seams increases treatment costs and compromises system integrity. I&I Guard Grout is a hydrophobic, expanding grout that:

• Permanently seals active leaks

• Penetrates and expands within joints, cracks, and soil voids

• Forms a flexible, watertight barrier against I&I

• Bonds well with wet or saturated substrates

We inject I&I Guard Grout at key leak points to eliminate groundwater intrusion before structural lining begins—ensuring a dry, long-lasting rehab.
